Jay and Kathy Rowe bring decades of Nordic ski experience to the Grace Ski Team. They met while on the ski team at Washington State University. Jay's dad was on the skit team at Western State university making thier son Carson and daughter Kayla third-generation ski team members.

Jay and Kathy enjoy many forms of outdoor recreation including mountain climbing and biking. Jay has written about Alaska climbing for the American Alpine Club.
